It sounds crazy - I know. But going to the dentist is an enjoyable experience. I drive 60 minutes, one way to their office. All because every one of the staff at Dr. Brown’s are fantastic people!

Dr. Brown is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is extremely thorough, takes the time to explain every detail of your procedure and the care which needs to be taken along with making sure to answer any questions you may have. As he works, he makes sure there is no discomfort during the procedure. The office personnel are very friendly as well.

Another great visit with Dr. Brown and his staff. I received a composite repair to a filling which had developed a small cavity. Doctor Brown did a masterful job of removing the decay and patching it up. I took and a very short time to complete this and it was done without any pain. Great Job-Again

We can’t rave enough about the amazing customer service and quality, thorough, trusted, professional dental care at Dr. Brown & Gettings DDS of West Chester. They are never too busy for your calls or questions (They answer their phones during business hours!).The dentists and hygienists take time to sit down and explain everything privately. This is not fast-food dentistry.We came in for a quickly-needed second opinion consultation after our children’s dentist was too busy to talk to us when they had their checkups the other day. We needed to see our teenage daughter’s X-rays and see where her cavities are, how deep they are, etc.The hygienist we saw has decades of experience and could not have been kinder or more meticulous with my daughter’s exam. All of our questions were answered.I left fully informed and felt their costs were very reasonable, particularly for the high quality of dental care they provide.Appointments especially for fillings are available within a very reasonable time and they have a cancellation list so you don’t have to keep calling and checking and hoping and praying and waiting for an opening. They will call you if they get a cancellation.This is truly dental CARE. They have my highest recommendation!
