We Have A Challenge For You
This month, we’re doing something different. We’re going to challenge you to become a better version of yourself. Why are we doing this? Often, patients come to us talking about their health and their age, and frankly, we are heartbroken when we hear an all too common phrase. Click on the video above to find out what it is!
Patients as young as 50 will tell us, “I’m too old to do anything about my teeth.” If you feel the same way, we want to challenge you to reevaluate this way of thinking. Teeth are a huge part of your life not only for the important functions they perform, but also in how they affect your smile and overall confidence.
Patients tell us they are too old to invest in their teeth, in their health. They are resigned to the fact that they are just going to wear dentures or deal with crooked teeth or forego an easy treatment like teeth whitening. What they are really saying is, “It doesn’t matter.” But it does! Teeth are so important to quality of life, and we want to help our patients turn this way of thinking around.
Instead of asking, “Am I too old for dental work?”, ask yourself, “How do I want to spend the time I have?” Whether you have 5 decades ahead of you or 5 years, you can choose how you want to live the rest of your life. You’ve worked hard and sacrificed for your family. Now is the time to be the best version of yourself for you and for them.
It’s rewarding for us to see how dental treatments can get patients out of pain or give them the ability to once again enjoy the foods they love. These things are life changing, and you shouldn’t put them on hold no matter what age you are.
So the challenge for you is to become a better version of yourself. Let us know what you think. We’re happy to help out in any way we can.
