What is the VIP Savings Membership Plan?

We understand that the lack of dental insurance can be troubling for some of our patients. Dental care can be costly, and we wanted to create a savings plan to not only assist our patients financially, but also to ensure that they receive the quality dental care they deserve. The savings plan is available to any patient who does not have insurance and is available in different options:

• Individual – $402.00
• Individual + Spouse – $736.00
• Additional Family Member – $340.00

What Is Included?

The savings plan will help you get the dental care you need. This membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. At no additional cost to you, your membership includes:

• 2 Regular Cleanings
• 2 Periodic Exams
• 2 Fluoride Applications
• 4 Bitewing X-Rays (1x per calendar year)

We know that at times our patients may need additional treatment or services. We are proud to offer certain services to our VIP Savings Members at 10% off our regular fee. These services include treatments such as:

• Restorative (fillings) and cosmetics
• Periodontal (gum treatment)
• Crowns and bridges
• Implants
• Dentures
• Additional X-rays
• Extractions
• Endodontics (root canals)
• Emergency exams and procedures
• Bleaching
• Sleep apnea appliances
• New patient comprehensive exam, cleaning, X-rays

While the savings are only available at our office, we have partnered with a number of specialists who offer similar savings when you show your savings card.
