What apps are available to help you stay physically and emotionally healthy if you have to stay home?
Right now we want to help people stay active and healthy even if they are stuck at home. So we put together a quick list of some easy ways to exercise your body and mind at home. I’ve used all of these personally and have benefited from their convenience and ease of use.
Peloton is a great app even if you don’t have the bike or treadmill. There are tons of classes available from Yoga to strength training. They are currently offering the app FREE for 90 days!
Headspace is a great app for meditation and staying mentally healthy. They offer a free trial to see if you like it. It’s amazing what a few minutes each day can do for your mental health.
MyFitnessPal is a great way to help you keep track of your nutrition. You can customize it to your own goals and it really helps you stay accountable to what you eat and drink
