Meet a Valued Team Member — Leigh
At Brown and Gettings, DDS, we believe in creating healthy, beautiful smiles that exceed standards. Our entire team cares about the state of your oral and overall health. We do everything we can to improve our patients’ quality of life. We love that each and every team member shares this philosophy and always provides our patients with the very best care and service. We want to take some time this month and share a little more about one of our team members — Leigh.
Leigh is a long-time member of our team, having joined our office back in July of 1998! During these many years, she has helped our patients in countless ways. If you are a newer patient in the office and only see Leigh as a member of our front office staff, you may be surprised to learn that she was originally one of our dental hygienists. Leigh became interested in dentistry when her mom, who also worked in the field of dentistry, introduced her to a friend who was a hygienist.
Leigh loves all the patients like they were her own family. She enjoys getting to know them. She loves working on our team because she can help patients have a healthy mouth. She wants each and every patient to be comfortable during their time in the office and wants patients to know that they are not alone if they feel nervous or scared when coming to the office.
When not in the office, you may find Leigh getting a massage. She loves to indulge in a massage once a month. One day, she would love to travel to Hawaii and Iceland. Although the climates are vastly different, both locations are beautiful and would be a pleasure to visit. You may be surprised to learn that if Leigh didn’t work in the field of dentistry, she would have loved to become a teacher. In fact, she almost went to college for education.
If you would like to experience the exceptional dentistry that Leigh and the rest of our team members provide, contact our office to schedule an appointment. We love to give the residents of West Chester, OH and the surrounding areas a reason to smile. We look forward to seeing you soon.
