This Plan Allows You To Save Money
Perhaps you’ve noticed that dental insurance has changed over the years, and while it’s a great benefit, it also has its limitations. This has inspired us to come up with a plan for our patients that allows them to save money and still get the same great dental care they deserve. Watch our video to learn more about this program.
Back in the 1980s (a long, long time ago!), dental benefits had a yearly max of $1,000, which was great because dental treatments weren’t as expensive as they are today. Since then, dental treatment costs have increased 7 times, but dental benefits have remained the same.
What’s happened is that dental insurance is more of a coupon for preventative care services like cleanings, exams and x-rays. However, if something has happened and your teeth and mouth aren’t in the condition they should be, it will take an initial investment outside of your dental insurance to restore your teeth to a healthier condition before treatment can be started.
Dental insurance is a great benefit, but there are serious limitations to it. As a result, a few years ago, we decided to create an in-house savings plan. This plan provides benefits for things like cleanings, fillings and crowns, the kinds of treatments we provide at our practice. In addition, for services that require a specialist, such as wisdom teeth removal, root canals, or grafting for gum recession, we recruited four referral partners who will give you similar discounts. All you need to do is present the savings card at these partner specialists.
To say I trust these specialists is an understatement. These are the people who my family sees if they have an issue. I want my patients to have the same access to exceptional care as well.
Who needs an in-house savings plan?
- Retirees who have no dental benefits or have Medicare plans that are very limited.
- Employees at a small business that doesn’t offer dental benefits.
- Families who could use a savings plan that gives them additional discounts.
- Business owners who may not have dental benefits.
Our goal is to recommend the best possible treatment for your family, whether it’s at our office or at one of our referral partners’ practices, without having to worry if insurance will cover it or not. What’s more, the savings plan allows you to avoid compromising your, your family’s, or your employees’ dental health.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this savings plan. We’d love to tell you about how it can meet your dental health needs.
